College athletes will no longer need permission from their coach or school to transfer and receive financial aid from another school.

Former Clemson player and NFL legend Dwight Clark passed away Monday after fighting ALS for the past two years.  Clark, who played for Clemson from 1975-78,  died  in Montana surrounded by family and friends.  He was 61-years-old.
