Orangeburg firefighters rescue dog stuck in storm drain
The Orangeburg Department of Public Safety has rescued a dog that was trapped in a storm drain.
According to an incident report from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), the incident happened in the parking lot on the corner of Henley Street and Gibson Street.
An Orangeburg woman and man are accused of keeping vulnerable adults locked in a dangerous unlicensed residential care home, said the Attorney General’s Office.
