COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – Since the 1870’s meatloaf has been a staple at the dinner table, containing most anything and everything through the years…and a fun fact, it was originally something that would be on the breakfast table!

Over the years, it has also played an important role in feeding families on a budget, since you could use whatever meat and /or leftovers, which allowed dinner dollars to stretch further.

Fast forward a century or so, and it is still a favorite.

The owner of Chef’s for Seniors, Maegan Horton joined The Manmade Gourmet, Tyler Ryan to share her take on the classic.
