You know those “viral videos” that all the home kitchen cookers post almost daily? We always hear how good they are, but are they worth the megapixels they are stored on?
This time, Tyler Ryan (The Manmade Gourmet) and Crysty Vaughan took things sweet – and tried to save a few bucks on a refreshing latte.
You guessed it – here is their take on Spanish Iced Latte.
Per usual, we tried to stick, as best we could, to the recipe that we found…
There are only a few things you need for this one:
2 TBSP Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Shots of Espresso (or coffee)
1 Cup of Milk
A whisper of Cinnamon
How to make it:
- Combine sweetened condensed milk with the espresso (or milk)
- Froth it
- Add ice
- Add milk
- Top with cinnamon

Lessons learned:
- A little less condensed milk
- We used cinnamon sugar, using regular cinnamon might be better
