Firefighters respond to 2-alarm apartment fire

Photo: CFD Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Nearly 50 firefighters responded to a two alarm fire this evening at a Midlands apartment complex. A spokesperson for the Columbia Fire Department says crews responded to Columbia Garden Apartments on Plowden Rd. around 7:40 Friday evening. Officials say 15 people were displaced. City announces road closures for national championship parade

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– In case you haven’t heard, the city of Columbia is hosting a celebration parade for UofSC’s women’s basketball national championship. Possible tornado touches down, causes damage in Allendale

Lawmakers, staff, others evacuated to State House basement
