Haley Signs Bill Banning Law Enforcement Ticket Quotas

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) – A new law bars South Carolina’s law enforcement agencies from setting ticket quotas for officers. Gov. Nikki Haley signed the ban into law Thursday. Its sponsor, Democratic Rep.
