Gamecock redshirt senior quarterback Collin Hill has been named one of 14 Mayo Clinic Comeback Player of the Year Award semifinalists, the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced this afternoon (Monday, Dec. 21) in association with the Associated Press (AP) and the Fiesta Bowl Organization.
