York County Honors Deputy Slain 20 Years Ago

York County sheriff's deputies are wearing black bands around their badges to honor a fellow officer killed in the line of duty 20 years ago. Deputy Brent McCants was shot during a traffic stop in Rock Hill on Sept. 25, 1992. The sheriff's office also lowered its flags to half-staff Tuesday.
