DHEC to stores: Bath salts, fake marijuana illegal

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina's public health agency is warning stores that sell mind-altering "bath salts" and synthetic marijuana that the substances are now illegal and possession will soon bring state charges.
