(AP) _ The retrial of a man charged with killing a Myrtle Beach police officer is scheduled to start in March, Solicitor Greg Hembree told The Sun News of Myrtle Beach that he will again seek the death penalty against 33-year-old Luzenski Cottrell when his murder trial starts March 26.

Vandals Do $50,000 in Damage to SC Office

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) _ Spartanburg County deputies say someone did $50,000 worth of damage to a doctor's office over the weekend. Investigators said vandals drilled a hole in the roof of Weir Ear, Nose and Throat in Spartanburg, then put a garden hose through the hole and turned on the water.
