Glover is the only former Tiger in the field. He is in the fourth year of a five year exemption based on his 2009 US Open Championship.

Smith, a 1992 Virginia graduate, has spent the last nine seasons at the helm of the UAB program. Future Clemson women’s golfer Ashlan Ramsey make the cut by three shots at the Kraft Nabisco Championship in Rancho Mirage, CA on Friday afternoon. The native of Milledgeville, GA, who will be one of the leaders of J.T. Horton’s first Clemson women’s golf teams this coming August shot a second round 75 and stands in 42nd place after 36 holes of the first major of the year on the LPGA Tour.
In his second start of the season, junior Joe Costigan totaled a career-high three RBIs when he capped the Tigers’ six-run seventh inning with a three-run double in Clemson’s 7-5 win over Boston College in front of 1,281 fans at Commander Shea Field on Friday afternoon. It is the first of four Majors on the LPGA Tour. Ramsey attends Milledge Academy in Milledgeville, GA and is ranked among the top women’s amateur players in the nation.
