SC Student-Designed Umbrellas Celebrate Commitment to Arts
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The South Carolina Arts Commission is celebrating 50 years of bringing the arts to students. Wednesday, the agency will kick-off the anniversary with “April Showers Art Part.” More than 100 elementary schools have painted and donated umbrellas, that will be installed on the ceiling of the Grand Hall at 701 Whaley.
