“Ninety-five percent of the issues that happen on Election Day — they could be solved ahead of time if voters would make sure that voters are registered to vote and are registered to vote at the right address,” Catalano says.
More than 14% of registered voters in South Carolina have already cast ballots for the 2022 general election after the state opened up no excuse early voting to all for the first time.
You can vote early for governor through Saturday. Election Day is Tuesday.
