FDA: Check your peaches, plums, nectarines for recall
CNN- HMC Farms has issued a recall for some of its peaches, plums, and nectarines.
The FDA says some of the retailers they were sold to include Publix, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Sprouts Farmers Market, Albertsons, and Aldi.
They were sold between May.1 and Nov.15 of last year and this year.
Also, the agency is warning the fruit went to companies that may have frozen or relabeled them.
Consumers are urged to throw out all of those types of frozen fruit.
The FDA says any fruit currently on store shelves is not affected by the recall.
