5 new measles cases in the Upstate

 

 

(CNN)– SC Department of Public Health is reporting five new cases of the measles in the Upstate outbreak.

Officials say that brings the number of cases in the outbreak up to 990.

Health officials say an additional exposure was discovered at Westgate Baptist Church in Spartanburg.

No new cases or exposures were reported in the Midlands.
