Flags at City Municipal Buildings Fly at Half Staff for Officer Death

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Flags are flying at half staff Monday at all City of Columbia Municipal buildings. City of Columbia Manager Teresa Wilson called for the measure to honor Fallen Police Officer Stacy Case. Case was killed in a car crash Saturday night at 10:15pm. Officials say her patrol car and a University of South Carolina Police patrol car collided at the intersection of College and Park Streets. Case was responding to a call of shots fired in the Vista. ###
