RCSD: Body of 13 year old Recovered from Lake Carolina

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, just after 4pm Sunday the RCSD Dive Team recovered the body of 13-year old boy from Lake Carolina.
