Fallen Cyclist Turns Deadly on SC Road

BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. (AP) _ Authorities say a bicyclist lying on a rural Richland County road was struck and killed after the driver of an SUV swerved to miss a bystander who ran into her path to warn her of the fallen person.
