COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Forecasters say snow and ice are a certainty this week in much of South Carolina. But they are trying to figure how much will fall and how long it will last.

Update: Winter Weather on the Way

The National Weather Service in Columbia has issued a Winter Storm Warning in effect from 7 p.m. Tuesday through Noon Thursday. The primary concern is ice with some snow possible for the northern counties.
