Clarification: Pregnant Woman Killed story

CHESTER, S.C. (AP) — In a May 1 story about the stabbing of a pregnant woman and the death of her fetus, The Associated Press reported that South Carolina law allows a murder charge when a viable fetus is killed during a crime. State law allows the murder charge when a fetus is killed in any stage of development.
