CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) _ A company that recovers and sells component materials is planning to create 75 new jobs in Charleston County. The South Carolina Department of Commerce announced on Wednesday that PyroTec Inc. is planning to spend $10 million to set up its domestic and global corporate headquarters.

CHESTER, S.C. (AP) _ A man has been sentenced to 27 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of a man at a Chester nightclub nearly two years ago. The Herald of Rock Hill reported (http://bit.ly/KAZ6zK ) 24-year-old Keith Kenner entered the plea Monday in Chester. Keener originally was charged with murder.
