COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) _ The South Carolina Supreme Court has unanimously upheld a Columbia ordnance that limits houses to just three unrelated people. Peggy McMaster, wife of former state Attorney General Henry McMaster, took the issue to the high court after she was issued a zoning violation when city officials found four unrelated University of South Carolina students living in a single-family home.
