SENECA, S.C. (AP) — Officials say a South Carolina nuclear plant that recently switched from analog to digital controls had problems while powering up after a scheduled outage.

Arrest Made in Greenbrier Apartments Robbery

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) -- Richland County deputies have made an arrest in an armed robbery at the Greenbrier Apartments earlier this month. Deputies have charged 23 year old Merellis Dixon, Jr. with armed robbery, kidnapping, and burglary.
