Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney has been named to the Watch List for the 2015 American Heart Association Bear Bryant Award presented by Marathon Oil Corporation. In December 5-10 finalists will be announced and the winner will be announced Jan. 13, 2016 in Houston, Tex.
Clemson defensive end Shaq Lawson has been named a first-team Midseason All-American by ESPN.com. Lawson has helped the Clemson Tigers to a 6-0 record and a No. 6 national ranking by the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches polls.

Clemson Athletics and IPTAY officials met Friday morning to assess progress made in preparing grass parking lots for this weekend’s football game. After a convincing 43-24 win against Georgia Tech Saturday, his team's 33rd straight against an unranked opponent, Clemson coach Dabo Swinney sounded off when asked a question about how his team felt about hearing "Clemsoning" talk of a letdown loss before the game.
