With its season on the line, the No. 6 South Carolina men’s golf team delivered its best round of the NCAA Championship on Sunday, shooting an even-par 288 in the third round at The Concession Golf Club.

Clemson Finishes NCAA Championships Last

Stephen Behr shot a team best 73 on Sunday to lead Clemson during the final round of the NCAA Golf Championships at Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Fla. Clemson had a 301 score as a team, its best of the three rounds of the tournament, but still finished 30th out of the 30 teams. The top 15 teams move on to the fourth round on Monday.

USC Tied For 20th After NCAA Day Two

The sixth-ranked South Carolina men’s golf team remained firmly in the mix to make the third-round cut at the NCAA Championship after posting a second-round 298 (+10) on Saturday at The Concession Golf Club.

Miller Capps had a second round 76 to pace Clemson at the NCAA National Tournament at Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Fla on Saturday.. Clemson enters the third round with a 615 stroke total, 30th in the field of 30 teams.

Pepperdine Ends Clemson's Season

Pepperdine broke an 8-8 tie with two runs in the ninth inning to defeat Clemson 10-8 in the Fullerton Regional at Goodwin Field on Saturday afternoon. The Waves, who stayed alive in the losers’ bracket, improved to 31-28. The Tigers’ season came to an end with a 32-29 record.

Arizona St. Tops Tigers 7-4

Joey Bielek’s two-run homer in the seventh inning gave No. 18 Arizona State the lead for good in its 7-4 win over Clemson in the opening game of the Fullerton Regional at Goodwin Field on Friday afternoon. The Sun Devils, who moved into the winners’ bracket, improved to 35-21 on the season. The Tigers, who fell into the losers’ bracket, dropped to 32-28 in 2015.

The sixth-ranked South Carolina men’s golf team posted a 301 (+13) on Friday at The Concession Golf Club to wrap up the opening round of the NCAA Championship in a tie for 20th.

Clemson sophomore Austin Langdale fired an even par 72 to lead Clemson to a 306 team score during the first round of the NCAA National Tournament at the Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Fla. Clemson is in 27th place out of 30 teams after the first day with the 18 over team score.

USC Women Add Another All-ACC Transfer

South Carolina head women’s basketball coach Dawn Staley announced that Kaela Davis (Suwanee, Ga./Buford HS) has signed a financial aid agreement to attend the University and play for the Gamecocks. Davis, who was a two-time All-ACC selection at Georgia Tech, will have two years of eligibility beginning in 2016-17.

Crownover Earns 1st Team All-American Honors

Junior lefthander Matthew Crownover (Ringgold, Ga.) and sophomore catcher Chris Okey (Mount Dora, Fla.) were named All-Americans by Collegiate Baseball on Thursday. Crownover was a first-team selection, while Okey was a second-team pick.

Tiger Athletes Earn 3.02 GPA

Nine of Clemson’s athletic programs recorded semester grade point ratios above a 3.0, and 234 student-athletes posted spring semester marks at 3.0 and above, according to data provided by the University Office of Institutional Research.

Clemson Narrowly Skids into NCAA Tournament

The Tigers were selected to the NCAA Tournament on Monday afternoon and will play in the Fullerton (Calif.) Regional beginning Friday at Goodwin Field. The Tigers were selected to the NCAA Tournament for the 28th time in the last 29 years and for the 40th time overall, and will make its first trip to the West Coast for a regional.

Play Suspended on Day 2 of NCAA Championships

For the second day in a row, weather shortened play at the 2015 NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championship. Today, the No. 2 Gamecocks did not get their round in, with players finishing anywhere from 11 to 13 holes of the second round before play was halted at The Concession Golf Club on Saturday. Currently, South Carolina is tied for 11th at 40-over and is 20-over in its uncompleted second round.

No. 2 USC Completes Round 1 at NCAA Championships

No. 2 South Carolina was among 12 of the 24 teams to finish the first round of the 2015 NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championship before play was halted due to weather. Sophomore Katelyn Dambaugh led the Gamecocks ¬with a 2-under 70 at The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Fla. As a team, South Carolina carded a 308 (+20) to place sixth amongst those that finished their rounds.

Tigers Fall to UNC, Await NCAA Tournament Fate

J.B. Bukauskas pitched 5.2 strong innings and Skye Bolt hit a three-run homer in the third inning to lift North Carolina to a 6-3 victory over Clemson in the ACC Tournament at Durham Bulls Athletic Park on Friday afternoon. The Tar Heels, who finished 2-2 in the tournament, improved to 34-24 on the season. The Tigers, who went 1-2 in the tourney, fell to 32-27 in 2015.
