USC women's soccer, coming off College Cup, could be even better this season

The Gamecock women's soccer team comes off its most successful season in school history, going to the College Cup for the first time ever. A repeat trip though is not at all out of question because head coach Shelley Smith says this team could actually be better than the one that made history last season.

Gamecocks past and present win SC Pro-Am Title Sunday

Former Carolina great Devan Downey had 21 points, while current Gamecocks forward Maik Kotsar added 19, leading Jets to a 4-0 performance this week at Heathwood Hall, claiming the 7th-annual South Carolina Pro-Am title Sunday.
