The Lexington-Richland School District Five is now accepting applications for its 2022-2023 4 and 5-year-old kindergarten programs.
In a board meeting Monday night, members unveiled a new program that will allow students to report abuse and to better streamline the discipline process.
Lexington-Richland School District Five announced that all schools will go virtual starting tomorrow until next Tuesday, January 18.
Voting is now underway to fill a vacant seat in the Lexington-Richland District Five School Board.
“I think it’s very clear that if we are not called back in, this is going to land in courts for them to make a decision,” said Rep. Russell Ott from St. Matthews. “All we’re simply saying is that’s not necessary.”
