Man Accused of Defrauding SC Lottery
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — A man was arrested on April Fools’ Day for allegedly defrauding the South Carolina Educational Lottery. Police say 26-year-old Marcus Washington is also facing eight counts of shoplifting.
