Chapin HS Assistant Principal charged with stealing from car

Photo: LCSD Chapin, S.C. (WOLO)–An assistant principal at Chapin High School is accused of stealing from a car in the school’s parking lot. According to the Lexington Co. Sheriff’s Department, surveillance video shows Richard Hiller breaking into the same car once on April 22nd and again on May 20th. Investigators say Hiller turned himself in this morning.
