Cam Gaskins joined the ABC Columbia Sports team in August of 2019 as an Anchor/Reporter.
He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2017 with a degree in Digital Broadcast Journalism and a certificate in Sports Media.
He previously worked for WGXA in Macon, GA where he covered everything from the Mercer Bears to the Macon Bacon. He also covered the Georgia Bulldogs in the 2018 SEC Championship Game.
Cam was born and raised in Georgia, and grew up cheering for the Braves and Falcons. Now he’s excited to call the Palmetto State home and cover all the great sports here in the Midlands.
In his free time, Cam loves watching a good movie, hiking, finding a new restaurant, and trying to break 100 on the golf course.

Carolina improves to 27-1 with today's win, and extends the nation's longest winning streak this season to 21 consecutive games. This win was also the 300th for head coach Dawn Staley in her time leading the Gamecocks.
After missing out on the Reese's Senior Bowl while recovering from a knee injury, he will now miss a second chance to showcase his talents for NFL scouts before the draft in late April.
She hasn't beaten UConn yet as a head coach, and is looking to change that Monday night.
The Gamecocks will be looking for a new defensive line coach and running backs coach for the 2020 season.
