CAYCE, SC (WOLO) – A missing swimmer has been found dead in the Congaree River Wednesday night. The Cayce Department of Public Safety confirmed the news after a three hour search. Judge approves settlement in Santee Cooper lawsuit

(WOLO)–A judge has approved a $520 million settlement in a class action customer lawsuit against Santee Cooper for the increased rates for the failed VC Summer nuclear construction project.
