Nine A.C. Flora Falcons commit on National Signing Day

The A.C. Flora Falcons, a part of the Richland County School District One, had nine student athletes represented in National Signing day Wednesday.
Five University of South Carolina football alumni were invited to the 2019 NFL Combine, the league confirmed Thursday.
Junior shortstop Logan Davidson (Charlotte, N.C.) was one of 55 players named to the Golden Spikes Award preseason watch list on Thursday. The award is presented each year by USA Baseball to the national player-of-the-year. The two-time All-ACC Academic selection has 27 doubles, 27 homers, 87 RBIs, 116 runs and 20 steals in his first two seasons as a Tiger.
The Gamecocks were picked to finish fourth in the SEC East this season by the league’s coaches. Second baseman Noah Campbell was the only member of the Gamecocks on this year’s preseason All-SEC First Team.
Florida Atlantic head coach Lane Kiffin has added a former Gamecock assistant coach.

Will Muschamp and the Gamecocks brought in the 17th-best recruiting class this year, according to ESPN. The Gamecocks were able to sign four more on National Signing Day Wednesday for a total of 25 commitments.
The Dutch Fork Silver Foxes were well represented in National Signing Day on Wednesday reaching double-digits in letters of intent.
After signing 27 new members of the Clemson Family during the early signing period in December, an additional two future student-athletes signed National Letters of Intent on Wednesday to play football at Clemson. Information on the team’s signees from Wednesday is included below.
