Redshirt sophomore Thomas Farr allowed just two hits in a five-inning start and the University of South Carolina baseball team belted out 12 hits in an 8-5 win over Clemson at Segra Park, home of the Columbia Fireflies.

Sam Weatherly and Geoffrey Gilbert combined on a one-hitter to lead Clemson to a 7-1 victory over South Carolina at Founders Park on Friday night.
The Gamecocks (28-1, 15-0 Southeastern Conference) matched the program record for consecutive victories. The 2015-16 team also won 22 in a row.
