Gamecocks prepped to host NCAA Championships
Hosting NCAA Championship matches for the third consecutive year, No. 8 South Carolina will face South Carolina State in the first round of the event on Fri., May 5, at 2:00 p.m.

South Carolina head women’s basketball coach Dawn Staley announced that Sakima Walker will join the Gamecocks as a transfer from Northwest Florida State College. She is eligible to play for the 2023-24 academic year and has up to two years of eligibility.
