Nikki Haley and the state Commerce Department on Wednesday launched SCBizNetwork.com that's meant to help residents turn their business concepts into reality.

LANCASTER, S.C. (AP) _ Authorities are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in an abandoned home Lancaster. Sheriff's Maj. Matt Shaw says that the body of 54-year-old Linda Massey Gaymon was found inside a dilapidated house at around 11 a.m. on Friday.

Arrests made in Connection with Lexington Murder

Lexington County Sheriffโ€™s Department detectives arrested a 24-year-old Swansea man and 21-year-old Denmark man in connection with the fatal shooting of a 43-year-old man on February 12 at the 43-year-old manโ€™s home on Calhoun Road near Swansea.
