CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — With a tropical storm watch posted for most of the South Carolina coast, emergency officials are warning boaters to stay off the water and swimmers to stay out of the water.

Jockey critically injured at Ind. horse track

ANDERSON, Ind. (AP) — The Hoosier Park casino and horse track says a jockey from South Carolina was critically injured when his horse crashed into a railing as it crossed the finish line during a quarterhorse race.
