Clemson's Fields Breaks Hand, Out Four Weeks

The Clemson Tigers practiced for nearly two hours on the fields beyond the centerfield fence of the Kingsmore Baseball Stadium on Friday afternoon. Dabo Swinney’s team begins its season two weeks from Saturday against Wofford at Memorial Stadium.

Clemson Begins Season Friday

The Clemson women’s soccer team travels to Charleston, S.C. for two matches to start the 2015 season. The Tigers face Texas on Friday, Aug. 21 at 5 p.m. in the first game of the Charleston Nike Classic before facing College of Charleston on Sunday, Aug. 23 at 2:30 p.m. Both games will be played at the Patriots Point Athletics Complex in Mt. Pleasant, S.C.

Kopp Returns to Tigers Baseball Program

Austin Langdale and Stephen Behr finished in the top 10 and Carson Young and Josh Fickes finished in the top 20 of the 84th South Carolina Amateur Golf tournament. The 72-hole event was completed on Sunday afternoon in near 90-degree heat at the Chanticleer Course at Greenville Country Club.

Tigers Practice Without Swinney

Clemson held its fifth practice of the preseason, its first in pads, and the first without Head Coach Dabo Swinney, who returned to Alabama to be with his family after the passing of his father, Ervil Swinney on Saturday afternoon.
