The University of South Carolina and University of North Carolina will renew their border war twice more in the coming years, as the teams agreed to play in Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium on Labor Day weekend in both 2019 and 2023, it was announced today by the Charlotte Sports Foundation (CSF).
