Former jailer arrested for sexual conduct with a minor

PICKENS COUNTY, SC (WOLO) – A former Pickens County Detention Center officer is accused of sexually assaulting a minor. Raymond Whitmire, 50, is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor after investigators say he knowingly and willfully sexually assaulted an eight-year-old girl in February.
