Ft. Jackson, S.C. (WOLO)–Officials at Fort Jackson say an Army National Guard soldier has died. A spokesperson for the base says the 19 year old from Minnesota was found unresponsive Wednesday morning. The soldier’s name is being withheld until the family is notified. Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–The South Carolina Department of Agriculture is asking the federal government to adjust some rules to help the state’s hemp farmers. The department says it has concerns over the USDA’s testing requirements.
