Early voting breaks midterm record in South Carolina

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) – South Carolina has shattered the record for absentee ballots cast in a midterm election. The South Carolina Election Commission said more than 230,000 votes were cast as of Friday evening. Deadly shooting investigation underway in Richland County

RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WOLO)- Richland County deputies are investigating a deadly shooting. The incident happened around 8:50pm in the 400 block of Providence Plantation Circle.
