Man dies after falling out of moving vehicle in Sumter

SUMTER COUNTY, SC (WOLO)- One man is dead after falling off the back of a moving vehicle in Sumter County Saturday. Deputies say Randy Scriven, 58, died at Palmetto Health Richland, from his injuries. The Sumter Police Department is investigating. A autopsy will be performed at a later date in Newberry.
