Chief Justice Toal Gives Final Judiciary Speech

Columbia, SC (WOLO)- Chief Justice Jean Toal has given her final state of the judiciary speech to South Carolina's legislature. Toal told the lawmakers during a joint house and senate session that the courts have managed to go from no internet service to putting all records online in the past 15 years.

UPDATE: Stabbing At Lower Richland High School

Richland County, (WOLO)- Richland County deputies have made an arrest in a recent stabbing at Lower Richland High School. Deputies have charged 19-year old Brandyn Goodson with attempted murder.
