WINNSBORO, S.C. (AP) _ Authorities say a 32-year-old man has been struck and killed by a train while lying on the tracks near Winnsboro. Investigators said the engineer saw Antonio Pindeda on his back on the tracks as he rounded a curve around 8 p.m. Monday.
