Sumter police have identified shooting victim found dead in embankment

SUMTER, S.C. (WOLO) – Sumter police have now identified  a man found shot and are working to locate a person he was seen with before his death. City of Columbia offers new affordable housing loan program

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – The City of Columbia’s Community Development Department announced their new affordable housing loan program. Officials say the program will help a greater number of applicants become homeowners by offering a low down payment, and closing cost assistance.
