ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina health officials are warning Anderson County residents to stay away from wild animals and not try to keep them as pets after a teen was exposed to rabies by a raccoon.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) _ The American Civil Liberties union and other civil rights groups have filed a lawsuit to block South Carolina's illegal immigration law. The group's lawsuit was filed in Charleston on Wednesday and says the new law is unconstitutional and would spark racial profiling.
