The 2 point 1 magnitude quake centered east of Elgin and happened before 2:30 p.m, according to officials. The United States Geological Survey has reported another earthquake near Elgin on Tuesday. It’s the 13th in the area since December.
The United States Geological Survey reported two more earthquakes near Lugoff and Elgin early Tuesday morning.
This is the 10th earthquake to be reported in the area since December 27.
