On Tuesday, officials announced some new improvements to Marshall Park on Lincoln Street. Columbia Mayor Steve Benjamin and other city officials announced the changes to the park will be an outdoor gym, larger picnic tables and a new playground.

According to the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office, five individuals have been arrested and face charges related to the theft of catalytic converters. Deputies say the incidents occurred during February and March in the Manning and Summerton areas of Clarendon County.
