Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has released the identity of a man who passed away in the hospital a day after being involved in a vehicle collision. The coroner says 26-year-old Phillip Auston Jones Friday due to injuries sustained in the collision on Thursday.

Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford is releasing the name of a man who died as a result of a shooting that occurred at Capital City Cycles on Thursday evening. Rutherford says the victim has been identified as 55-year-old Charles E. Lilly, of Beech Island, SC.
The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office says a man is wanted for hitting a female in the face and head while she was holding a one-year-old child. Authorities say the incident occurred on January 16 at a residence in Pinewood.
