FAIRFIELD COUNTY, SC (WOLO) – A Midlands man is in custody accused of distributing child pornography. Investigators with the Attorney General’s Office say John Luffman of Fairifield County was arrested Wednesday (12/19) and charged with four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
